We have been involved with RAGOM for 6 years in various capacities.  By far our favorite is fostering, and so far we have welcomed 12 dogs into our home. We've loved them up and helped them to blossom and grow until their forever families came along. Several of the dogs we've fostered have had medical needs, including Benny.  He came into RAGOM with a known seizure disorder and had been previously diagnosed with Idiopathic Epilepsy. The daily medication he requires is expensive and he has had several blood tests since coming into RAGOM.  Then there's Shiloh (our foster failure!)  While she was in foster care she suffered from anxiety and required emergency surgery when her anxiety got the best of her and she ate a sheet.  She also suffered from allergies which required multiple visits to the allergist and prescription medication.  We also jumped at the chance to foster Baxter, who suffered from a foot injury and needed to come in urgently to receive the proper medical care.  All of these are examples of the dogs RAGOM has helped over the last several years, and there are many more dogs with stories just like theirs.  Whether it be a minor medical issue, or a large one, RAGOM is able to provide the best care for all of their foster dogs due to the kindness and generosity of their supporters.  We are so thankful organizations like RAGOM exist!  We hope you'll consider making a small donation toward our walk - dogs like Benny, Shiloh, and Baxter would be so very thankful!  (And so would we!)
