Our RAGOM story began with Sirius - the puppy with the "golden" heart. Although we found him before we knew of this organization, we soon wanted another companion with a similar temperament, so we began researching how to rescue a dog like a Golden Retriever. That was the beginning of a long story, in which we've been back to RAGOM a few times since - a testament to both the love for dogs that Sirius helped foster in us, and the love that RAGOM ensures to each of its fosters.

Sirius' family will match every donation up to the first $500 raised in his honor. Online donations begin at $5. This is our way of paying his love forward to other dogs seeking a forever home of their own.
