This year Sophie & I will be walking in memory of Daisy (16-067TD) & Barney (17-224A). I sadly lost both of them in the last year and their void is felt in this house & in my heart.
Daisy, she had a great 6 years in the US and I know she enjoyed every minute of it. She was my very sassy girl (she's talking back to me in this picture). Dinner time, which was when she was the most vocal, is not the same without her. Every night at bed, she'd roll and bark as if she was thankful for her life. Daisy loved everyone she met and I'm so lucky RAGOM chose me to be her mom...or I guess you can say, Daisy picked me.
Barney, he was taken from me far too soon. He was barely 4 when he crossed the bridge. According to the University of MN, he had cancer on every organ in his body and they hadn't seen a dog so young with so much cancer. Barney was one of the happiest dogs, loved his "babies" and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't miss him dearly. Thanks to RAGOM, he was picked up at an auction and though his time was short, he lived a great 4 years. The picture of him is from a walk we took together, he was so happy that day and the sun was perfect.
Because of RAGOM, both of them lived their best life.
