Every year I honor a special dog. This year I will honor a litter of puppies. These puppies came to me from an auction. RAGOM will go to the action a few times a year. Dogs coming from the action are dogs that spend their life at a commercial breeding facility, pumping out litter after litter of puppies. RAGOM tries to get them out of this cycle of breeding. Most dogs are very shy and some are very shut down when they come form an auction. Even the small puppies can be very scared and some are shut down.
I was very lucky with this batch of sweet pups! They were all very happy. They did come with some medical issues, they had worms and this group had giardia. That is an intestinal parasite that can take some time to get rid off. After a few rounds of medication and a few vet visits we have finally gotten everyone health and they have all been adopted. They are living there best life with their forever families.
RAGOM takes care of all of the vetting for all the dogs that come into their care. Most of the time the adoption fee does not cover all the cost to get a dog health. They rely on donations to cover that. If you are able please consider making a donation today.
