It's Goldzilla time again. This is the biggest fundraiser for RAGOM. There have been so many dogs rescued and they have found forever homes this past year. As you know I foster for RAGOM, very often the breeder surrender puppy mill dogs. This year there were only two fosters but both are just incredible mamas. They are so alike in so many ways since they both were surrendered from breeders.

Casey came to me last August and stayed with me for eight months before finding the wonderful home she shares with a loving family and a fur sister, Hazel. Casey was so shut down and skittish of everything. She has progressed with baby steps as that's the best she can do. And every baby step was celebrated! Casey had the fear of doors, of going outside, of coming inside, and of me. Today she is much less fearful and comfortable in her new home.

Cami is my current foster who was another breeder surrender. Cami had just delivered her last litter of seven puppies eight weeks before she came into RAGOM. No wonder she had such a sad look on her face and so scared of everything. Cami has been with me for three months, and like Casey, she has progressed in many ways with baby steps. 
 

Cami will  find her forever home just as Casey did. She won't leave me until she has found the perfect home. That's what RAGOM is all about.
